​TASK 1. "Draw your Key Fobs"

​Carry out some Research into what other products are made from Aluminium and Acrylic.(e.g. Cans, Plastic Signs)

TASK 4. "Research the wide range of Key Fobs that are available to buy". 

​TASK 5. "Produce a plan of how you will make or have made your Key Fob." 

​TASK 6. "Evaluate which hand and machine tools, equipment and computer-aided design/manufacture (CAD/CAM) facilities are the most appropriate to use."

​TASK 7. "Solve technical problems" 

You could write about all or one of the techniques you have learned;

Filing, Drilling, using wet and dry paper, polishing and finishing, Using a Magnifier, Using CADCAM

Min 1 side of A3 paper/6 slide PowerPoint
You may complete this as Homework or in Class.
